Why choose Taekwon-Do?
There are many benefits to to be gained from practising Taekwon-Do:
Physical - balance, co‐ordination, flexibility and spatial awareness.
Social - teamwork, co‐operation, taking instruction and following rules.
Intellectual - concentration, listening, language and strategy.
Emotional - confidence, self belief, goal attainment and pride.
As with any martial art, there are certain codes of behaviour and conduct, such as respect and humility, that we expect all students, regardless of age, to follow. More senior students are encouraged to help junior members, which instills a good sense of teamwork and self-confidence.
It's important to emphasize that we practise non-contact sparring and that our students are taught to control their kicks and punches.
How much will it cost?
As a member of a leading Taekwon-Do organisation we invest in premises, equipment, competitions and other activities. Most of the fees we receive from our members are put back into the club, helping to make the experience of being a member better for everyone.
Fees can be paid per session or monthly with a discount. Please call for more information. 07753 883 969
